Architecture is about re-envisioning. Sometimes that means starting new from scratch, other times it means preserving and reusing a thing for another purpose. There is a right time and place for each approach. But there is an undeniable quality to a thing that has aged with time and served its purpose. Adapting these objects to a new use is fun and economical.
