Floisand Studio (FSA) joins Seattle’s 2030 District—a collaborative of engineers, architects, utilities, businesses, property owners and organizations. The collaborative's common goal is to develop a high-performance building district in downtown Seattle to help the city meet its carbon neutrality goals by 2030. Our work with the collaborative supports FSA’s belief in the importance of reducing the environmental impacts of building construction and operation. We continue to employ practical and thoughtful sustainable design solutions such as our LEED certified designs for Macrina Bakery SODO and Pagliacci Madison Park!
