Architectural Staff – Full-Time (3+ Years Experience)

Floisand Studio is seeking a full-time architectural staff member with three + years of professional experience to join our team.

You will collaborate closely with firm principals to design—and over time, manage—projects from pre-design through construction. As a close-knit studio specializing in commercial and residential architecture, we’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong design skills who is eager to contribute to all aspects of the design process and support the continued growth of the firm.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess the following:

+ Advanced to expert proficiency in Revit
+ Experience with rendering software (such as Enscape)
+ Ability to develop and maintain 3D models at all stages of design
+ A professional degree in Architecture
+ 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Strong design and communication skills (graphic, verbal, and written)
+ A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of development
