Local restaurant chain, Pagliacci Pizza, has been a Seattle institution since 1979. The word “chain” calls up images of identical stores, indifferent to their surroundings and lacking connection to place. But that word does a disservice to Pagliacci’s vibe, which is that of a neighborhood pizzeria. No two stores are alike. Each is designed to be unique; a spot where customers go to eat great pie, make memories and connect with the community.
